Four bedrooms and two and a half baths reads as a working family house rather than a guest house, and the oversized island is where most of the day happens.

How clients customize it

Clients often add a bathroom upstairs so the secondary bedrooms are not sharing, or convert the main-floor office into a fifth bedroom.
