Once you approve the design and selections, we are ready to move into the Build Phase.

We host a walk through with you to review electrical, plumbing, and mechanical details and confirm framing details.
4. Confirm Your Color
We bring you on-site to verify interior and exterior paint color samples before we finish your new home.
5. The Thrive Phase
Our final walk through is at the completion of your home. You get to enjoy your life in your new home!
